HUNTER DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC - REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products and Subscriptions
Due to the immediate, digital, and cloud-hosted nature of the services, membership features, and platform access provided under Hunter Digital Consulting LLC ecosystems (including SingleAndParent), all recurring subscription payments and digital access purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. Exceptions & Grace Periods
Refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Hunter Digital Consulting LLC management under the following limited conditions:
- ●Technical Failures: If a documented technical error on our infrastructure prevents user access to the purchased service for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- ●Fraudulent Activity: Verified unauthorized use of a payment method, provided the account holder notifies their bank and our billing team immediately at billing@hunterdigitalconsulting.net.
3. Chargeback Mitigation
Hunter Digital Consulting LLC firmly requests that users contact our dedicated billing department directly to resolve any invoice disputes before initiating a bank chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks are subject to immediate account termination and reporting to compliance networks.
